For sample children 4 to 17 who had at least minor difficulties with emotions, concentration, behavior or being able to get along in the past 6 months (EMODIFFYN, EMODIFF), and who received treatment or counseling at an office, clinic or center in community (DIFTOF), DIFTOFCAM indicates whether the treatment or counseling was provided by an " acupuncturist, massage therapist, chiropractor."
