For sample children 4 to 17 who had at least minor difficulties with emotions, concentration, behavior or being able to get along in the past 6 months (EMODIFFYN, EMODIFF), and who received treatment or counseling at an office, clinic or center in the community (DIFTOF), DIFTOFTHER indicates whether the treatment or counseling was provided by a "speech, occupational, or physical therapist."
