For sample children 4 to 17 who had at least minor difficulties with emotions, concentration, behavior or being able to get along in the past 6 months (EMODIFFYN, EMODIFF), and who received treatment or counseling at some "other place" than the locations specified in earlier questions (DIFTOTH), DIFTOTHFAMD indicates whether the treatment or counseling was provided by a "pediatrician or family doctor."
