For sample children 4 to 17 who had at least minor difficulties with emotions, concentration, behavior or being able to get along in the past 6 months (EMODIFFYN, EMODIFF), who received treatment or counseling at some "other place" than the locations specified in earlier questions (DIFTOTH), DIFTOTHTHER indicates whether the treatment or counseling was provided by a "speech, occupational, or physical therapist."
