Description

For sample children age 4 to 17 who had at least minor difficulties with emotions, concentration, behavior or being able to get along in the past 6 months (EMODIFFYN, EMODIFF), DIFTSCHPER indicates whether, in the past 6 months, the child received any treatment or counseling from a school social worker, psychologist, nurse, counselor, or speech, occupational or physical therapist.
Interviewers also asked whether treatment was received from:
- regular school's program for students with emotional/behavioral problems (DIFTSCHPROG)
- school for students with emotional/behavioral problems(DIFTSPSCH)

- 2010: Sample children age 4 to 17 who currently have or have had at least minor difficulties with emotions, concentration, behavior, or being able to get along in the past 6 months.
