EXGOLFBR
Heart rate/breathing changes golfing

Description

For sample adults who had participated in golf in the past 2 weeks (EXGOLF), EXGOLFBR reports whether respondents usually experienced a small, moderate, or large increase, or no increase at all in their heart rate or breathing while golfing.

After determining that a respondent participated in golf, respondents were first asked, "How many times in the past 2 weeks did you golf?" (EXGOLFNO). They were then asked, "On the average, about how many minutes did you spend golfing?" (EXGOLFMIN). Finally, to obtain information for EXGOLFBR, respondents were asked, "What usually happened to your heart rate or breathing when you golf? Did you have a small, moderate, or large increase, or no increase at all in your heart rate or breathing?"
