Description

For sample adults who had "pain, aching, stiffness or swelling in or around a joint" during the past 12 months (JNTYR), JNTSTEROIDYR reports responses to the question, "During the past 12 months have you taken any prescribed medication containing steroids, like Prednisone? Do not include use of steroid cremes."

Persons with an affirmative response in JNTSTEROIDYR were asked the follow-up question, "Did you take this medicine daily more than 30 days?" (JNTSTEROID30).
