For sample adults included in the Quality of Life supplement (QOL10FLAG) who acknowledged having at least some difficulty concentrating (LAMEMCONDIF, LAMEMORCON), LAMEMNORMAL indicates whether the person agreed with the following statement: "My difficulty remembering is normal for someone my age."

- 2010: One quarter of sample adults, included in quality of life supplement (and excluded from family disability supplement), who have difficulty remembering or have difficulty remembering and concentrating (or for whom it was unknown if they have these difficulties).
