WORFEELEVL
Level of worried, nervous, or anxious feelings, last time

Description

For sample adults included in the Quality of Life supplement (QOL10FLAG) who reported feeling worried, nervous, or anxious at least monthly (WORFREQ) or who took medication for those feelings (WORRX), WORFEELEVL reports responses to the question, "Thinking about the last time you felt worried, nervous or anxious, how would you describe the level of these feelings?" Possible responses were "a little," "a lot," or "somewhere between a little and a lot."

Those who chose the "in between" response were asked, in a follow-up question, whether their level of anxiety was "closer to a little," "closer to a lot," or "exactly in the middle" (WORFEELCLAR).

For a list of related variables about feelings of worry, nervousness, or anxiety, or for information about the Quality of Life supplement, see WORFREQ.
