For sample adults included in the Quality of Life supplement (QOL10FLAG) who reported feeling worried, nervous, or anxious at least monthly (WORFREQ) or who took medication for those feelings (WORRX), WORHPSAYANX indicates whether the person agreed with the statement, "I have been told by a medical professional that I have anxiety."

Universe
- 2010: One quarter of sample adults, included in quality of life supplement (and excluded from family disability supplement), who feel worried, anxious, or nervous daily, weekly, or monthly (or for whom it was unknown how often they feel worried, anxious, or nervous) or who take medication for these feelings (or whom it was unknown if they take medication for these feelings).
